Head Camp Counselor

Head Camp Counselors at Camp Clemson are responsible for the safety and well- being of campers during the summer season. This includes supervising campers and staff, leading engaging activities, and ensuring adherence to camp rules. Head Camp Counselors must be prepared to handle medical emergencies, maintain a positive camp atmosphere, and participate actively in all camp activities. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential, as Head Camp Counselors are expected to attend staff meetings, collaborate with the camp nurse, and contribute to a supportive team environment.

This is a seasonal temporary position.

Must be 18 or older, candidates must be able to work daytime hours, Monday through Friday, ranging from 7am-3pm or 10:30am-6pm. Due to this being a leadership role, this position full day shifts only, no half day shifts are available. This position requires drug testing and background check prior to employment.
