JOB SUMMARY:
The CAFLS Student Recruitment Coordinator develops, plans, and implements all undergraduate student recruitment and transfer student transition programming for the college. This person focuses on developing strategic recruitment efforts that align with college enrollment and academic programming goals.
JOB DUTIES:- 55% - Develop, coordinate, and deliver recruitment programming that strategically aligns with college goals. These activities are both on-campus and off-campus, with programming choices driven where possible by relevant data and by sound management of financial resources. Serve as the CAFLS liaison to the Clemson University Office of Undergraduate Admissions.
- 15% - Serve as the Director of the South Carolina Commissioner's School for Agriculture, a collaboration with the South Carolina Department of Agriculture.
- 10% - Plan and implement activities targeting the recruitment and support of transfer students. Continue established and build additional relationships with institutions whose students are in the college's target population.
- 10% - Oversee the CAFLS Student Ambassador program and its student participants for effective development of students aligned with college goals.
- 10% - Assist with other activities supported by the Bookhart Student Services Center. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:A bachelor's degree and experience in student services programs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:JOB KNOWLEDGE
Firm working knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures and ability to use in varied situations.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESSupervises Student workers only
BUDGETARY RESPONSIBILITIESProvides input into the budgeting process, and manages fund allocation.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Move, transport, raise or lower 30lbs or less: 10%
Communicate, converse, give direction, express oneself: 60%
Walk or move about: 80%

Expected Salary Range
$45,000 - $60,000
Salary is dependent upon several factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's previous experience, knowledge, skills and performance in accordance with Clemson's compensation guidelines.
ESSENTIAL PERSONNEL LEVEL:Normal Operations - Required to follow emergency facility closure and modified operations directives, and not normally expected to work on-site during emergency situations.
