The field technician will maintain and calibrate the Green Feed units and assist the post-doc and graduate students with data collection

• 50% - The filed technician will maintain and calibrate the Green Feed units and assist the post-doc and graduate students with data collection
• 25% - Assist with gas emission and pasture sampling led by postdocs and graduate students.
• 25% - Coordinate, lead, and communicate tasks/results across groups; collect and analyze data; and meet the deadlines as required by the project.

A bachelor's degree in a related field similar to the assigned area of research and advanced journey-level work experience in a clinical or research setting.

Fundamental working knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures and ability to apply in varied situations.

Not responsible for supervising employees.

No fiscal responsibility for the department's budget.

Expected Salary Range

50000 - 54000

Salary is dependent upon several factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's previous experience, knowledge, skills and performance in accordance with Clemson's compensation guidelines.

Normal Operations - Required to follow emergency facility closure and modified operations directives, and not normally expected to work on-site during emergency situations.
