Position Summary

At NXG Truck Bodies, we don’t settle for the standard — we raise the bar. As we aggressively expand distribution and strengthen our national presence, we are seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to lead territory growth, develop strategic partnerships, and drive profitable revenue within an assigned region. This is a leadership-level sales role for someone who understands truck equipment, distribution strategy, and margin management — and who can represent the brand with professionalism, accountability, and competitive drive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead regional growth strategy by expanding and strengthening NXG distribution channels
  • Develop high-level relationships with dealer principals, commercial sales managers, and key decision-makers
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new distribution partners within the region
  • Drive revenue
  • Represent NXG Truck Bodies at regional and national trade shows
  • Conduct product training and strategic sales planning sessions with dealers
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline reporting, and territory management using MS Office tools
  • Travel approximately 70% to support dealers, events, and business development initiatives
  • Act as a strong steward of company resources and brand reputation
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in the truck equipment industry
  • Demonstrated success growing distribution and managing multi-state territories
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to understand cost structures and protect margin
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint required)
  • Strategic thinker with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
  • High integrity, accountability, and professionalism
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively (70%)
