Student Assistant, Esports Lab Monitor

This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity for a current student to gain valuable work experience while contributing to the success of Lake Sumter State College. The Student Assistant will provide essential support, working closely with faculty and staff to ensure efficient operation of departmental activities.

This is a part-time position with an expected commitment not to exceed 25 hours per week. The schedule will be flexible to accommodate the student's academic and other responsibilities. Responsible for demonstrating LSSC's values of Caring, Communicating, Collaborating, and Celebrating.

Students cannot work during class meeting times.

* Monitor student activity in the Esports Lab on the South Lake Campus

* Keep track of all the equipment and maintain the quality of the Esports Lab

* Organize and advertise the Esports Schedule for free play and practices

* Perform Other duties as assigned

* Strong Organizational and multitasking skills

* Excellent Verbal and written communication skills

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

* Demonstrated commitment to professionalism and confidentiality
