Responsibilities include:
- Conducting psychological assessments and evaluations to identify student needs
- Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Consulting with teachers, parents, and staff to provide strategies for student success
- Assisting with crisis intervention and behavior management
- Monitoring student progress and adjusting interventions as needed
- Maintaining accurate records and adhering to confidentiality standards
- Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience working in school environments with children and adolescents
- Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel and adapt to different school settings
