Provide services ordered by the physician in the plan of care within the scope of practice per state law;
Read and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration) and assist with basic first aid;
Assist with ambulation, transfer and positioning with wheelchairs and other non-life supporting equipment;
Prepare meals according to dietary and nutritional needs;
Assist with daily living activities including personal hygiene and housekeeping tasks;
Maintain and complete patient documentation and communicate significant changes to the RN supervisor
