* Advent Health Clermont ER is our new 19,000 square foot, 24-room Emergency Department, expanding the Advent Health care network into the Clermont community and south Lake County. In addition to emergency services, respiratory therapy, diagnostic imaging, and a full-service laboratory will be available here. Located adjacent to the intersection of State Road 50 and Citrus Tower Blvd, the ER will be staffed by a comprehensive clinical team including board-certified emergency physicians and emergency nurses.

On-site next to the Emergency Department will be a 36,000-square-foot health park with primary and specialty care practices, imaging, outpatient sports med and rehab, and other lab services to serve the needs of this growing community.  With same-day appointments available from 7 am to 7 pm and specialty trained staff providing concierge-level service, consumers will have access to a seamless healthcare experience.

** The role you'll contribute:*
* The Registered Professional Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing and supervising direct and indirect total nursing care responsibilities to identified age specific groups. Utilizes the nursing process (assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating) in achieving the goals of the nursing department.  Adheres to the Advent Health Corporate Compliance Plan and to all rules and regulations of all applicable local, state and federal agencies and accrediting bodies.

Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

+ Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors of patients.

+ Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care, regularly evaluating and revising these plans as necessary.

+ Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely, following physician orders and hospital protocols, and monitor for adverse reactions.

+ Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies to promote understanding and compliance.

+ Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate and optimize patient care, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
