Retail Sales Associate

DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking a passionate Retail Sales Associate - Golf to deliver outstanding service to golfers of all levels. In this role, you'll engage customers on the sales floor, recommend the right clubs, balls, apparel, and accessories, and perform basic club fitting and product demos. You'll help maintain clean, organized, and visually strong golf displays while supporting store sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable, golf-focused customer service, helping athletes find the right equipment, apparel, and accessories
• Drive sales by suggesting products, add-ons, and services that meet performance and budget needs
• Maintain well-organized, visually appealing golf department displays and merchandising standards
• Perform club fitting, basic product demos, and explain golf technology features and benefits
• Process transactions accurately, handle returns, and promote loyalty programs at the register as needed
• Monitor inventory levels, restock merchandise, and assist with shipment receiving and tagging
• Uphold store safety, loss prevention, and cleanliness standards throughout the sales floor
• Collaborate with teammates to meet sales goals and support events, clinics, and community-focused initiatives
