This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Cleveland Heights, OH, for a Service Advisor. The Service Advisor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their automotive service and maintenance needs, and ensuring a seamless aftersales experience. Daily responsibilities include scheduling service appointments, communicating effectively with customers regarding vehicle maintenance and repair needs, coordinating with certified technicians, and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing questions and concerns promptly.

• Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer-focused Service, and Customer Service
• Excellent Communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport
• Experience with automotive Aftersales or related fields
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with automotive services and basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance is a plus
• High school diploma or GED required; relevant certifications or experience preferred
