Apollo’s Fire in Cleveland Heights, OH seeks an Artistic Operations Associate to support the Artistic department and manage artists’ travel and tours. This full-time role reports to the Director of Artistic Operations & Touring and offers hands-on experience in concert operations with a world-class period-instrument ensemble.
The AOA will coordinate travel, lodging, and group bookings across Cleveland, Chicago, and on tour, while assisting with contracts, visas, and program materials.
