This is a contract, remote role for a Mobile Physical Therapist. Hiring for west or east Cleveland Ohio area. Key responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing customized treatment plans, maintaining autonmony in their schedule, and providing therapy in patients’ homes. The therapist will focus on delivering high-quality care for patients with orthopedic and wellness needs. Additional duties include documenting progress and actively collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare providers.

• Proficiency in physical therapy techniques, beneficial to have vestibular therapy skills and manual therapy skills
• Ability to create tailored treatment plans based on individual patient needs and goals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with patients and healthcare professionals
• Experience in remote healthcare delivery and working independently in patients’ homes
• Valid physical therapy license in the state of Ohio and current CPR certification
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel in Northern Ohio
• Excellent time management and documentation skills
• Ability to think outsdie the insurance protocol box
