Who We’re Looking For:Ideal candidates have commercial baking experience and are interested in further developing their knowledge and skillset. They would identify as eager to learn and are willing to put in the effort required to grow in this craft. Job Responsibilities:- mixing doughs and hand-shaping breads
- utilizing a basic understanding of baker’s math
- maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- employing a keen eye for detail
- displaying willingness to pitch in to achieve group goals
- Weekend Availability
- Ability to do physical work (e.g., work on your feet for eight hours, lift and carry fifty pounds repeatedly)
Starting Rate: $17/hr (compensation negotiable based on experience)
