Primary Patient Population:- Acutely ill medical patients
- IV insertion, blood draws, Foley catheter insertion, wound care
- Time management, critical thinking, delegating
- Excellent unit for both new grads and experienced RNs
- LPNs, Patient Care Nursing Assistants (PCNAs), Nurse Interns, Providers, Social Workers, PT/OT, Speech Therapy
- 12 beds
- Highly rated Patient Satisfaction surveys
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (or a program seeking accreditation).
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Ohio
- Current AHA Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.
- PRN requires 1 year of relevant RN experience
- PRN must possess all required certifications upon hire
- Zero healthcare associated pressure ulcers
- Highly rated Patient Satisfaction surveys
