Martin Automotive Group seeks a Sales Manager for our Toyota Cleveland Heights location to drive new, fleet and used vehicle sales and gross profit objectives daily, monthly and yearly. The role leads the New and Used Vehicle Sales Departments through planning, training and performance measurement.
The Sales Manager will set objectives, ensure CRM utilization, monitor forecasts, and guide the sales team to achieve results while maintaining high CSI and industry compliance.
