General Maintenance Technician – Cleveland, GA

Pay Range: $19.00/hr – $35.00/hr

• Perform minor repairs on facilities, equipment, or fixtures (e.g., plumbing, electrical, carpentry, material handling equipment, food equipment).
• Complete routine maintenance to ensure safety and proper functionality of all commercial equipment.
• Manage work orders and routine maintenance schedules by completing and providing required written and electronic information (expense vouchers, weekly summaries, work orders, maintenance logs, etc.).
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules and complete assigned PMs within the specified timeframe.
• Conduct training for Store Associates regarding the care and cleaning of equipment.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully, demonstrating excellent customer service and teamwork.

• 3 years' experience in maintenance.
• Hold a valid state‑issued driver’s license for at least 3 years with a clean driving record and ability to pass an MVR report.
• Eligible for a Commercial Driver's License (CDL).

• Completion of a 2‑year vocational or technical trade program.
• License in a related trade in the city and/or state where the job is located.
• Intermediate level proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, email, and presentation software (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
