Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, project scheduling, and coordination, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with industry standards. This role requires effective communication and leadership skills to collaborate with teams, clients, and subcontractors while maintaining a focus on quality and safety.

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Conduct thorough construction estimating to prepare accurate budgets and resource allocation.
• Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Implement time management strategies to prioritize tasks effectively throughout the project lifecycle.

• Proven experience in construction management or project management within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in construction estimating software and tools such as Stack
  
  CT for document management.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling methodologies and techniques.
• Familiarity with construction site operations and safety regulations.
• Excellent blueprint reading skills along with the ability to interpret schematics accurately.
• Demonstrated ability in contract negotiation and management.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on time management to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
