Job Summary

Completed license required upon starting work.

Full‑time position, on‑site.

Pay:
From $19.00 per hour (based on qualifications).

• Licensed Practical Nurse with Certificate of Completion.
• Must be IV certified.
• Triage patients.
• Expedite patient referrals to specialty offices, answer patient and specialty office calls, and complete referral requests.
• Maintain ongoing tracking and documentation on referrals.
• Work independently and unsupervised with superior work ethic.
• Ensure referrals are addressed timely.
• Remind patients of their appointments.
