Job Overview

Completed License Needed upon starting work.

Licensed Practical Nurse required. Holds a Certificate of Completion in Nursing. Must be IV certified.

• Triage patients.
• Expedite patient referrals to specialty offices, answer patient and specialty office calls, and complete referral requests.
• Maintain ongoing tracking and documentation on referrals.
• Ensure that referrals are addressed in a timely manner.
• Remind patients of their appointments.
• Work independently and unsupervised while maintaining a superior work ethic.

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN or LVN) required.
• Certificate of Completion in Nursing (required).
• 1 year of healthcare experience preferred.
• 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
• IV certification required.
• Good computer skills – Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Well‑organized and detail‑oriented.
