What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell services based on their needs
  • Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages
  • Provide high-level customer service and accurately enter customer data into the Sales Force system
  • Utilize product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate the value of switching services
  • Problem-solve and find solutions to encourage customer commitments
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • A proactive approach to customer engagement and problem-solving
  • Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
  • Ability to direct conversations and close sales effectively
  • Three to six months of related experience and/or training is required
  • Associate's degree or higher is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in a customer service or sales role within a telecommunications environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Sales Force
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
