Cotton-House is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our hotel team and keep critical systems running smoothly. This role requires hands-on maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry with strong troubleshooting skills.
Applicants should be able to read blueprints, lift up to 50 lbs, and work weekends or holidays as needed. A high school diploma is required; technical certification is a plus, and a background check will be conducted.
