Bookkeeper (Full-Cycle Accounting + Process Improvement)

We’re supporting a high-growth, tech-forward organization in the Cleveland area that is looking for a hands-on Bookkeeper who wants full ownership of the day-to-day accounting function. This isn’t a narrow AP/AR position — you’ll run full-cycle accounting:

• Daily bookkeeping and reconciliations
• Journal entries & month-end close
• Expense management & receipt collection
• Balance sheet maintenance
• Supporting GAAP reporting, revenue tracking, and audit prep

You’ll work directly with leadership and play a key part in transitioning from manual bookkeeping to a more automated system as new technology rolls out.
