Dynamic Staff Accountant Opportunity – Drive Financial Accuracy and Optimize Cash Flow

• Onsite in the Brook Park area
• Compensation: $60K-$70K, plus annual bonus opportunity
• Schedule:
  
  M-F, 8am-5pm

• Strong understanding of daily cash monitoring, high-volume ledger accounts, and reconciliations
• Experience processing and posting invoices, credit/debit memos, and correcting journal entries
• Ability to review and analyze transactions for discrepancies and accuracy
• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing monthly financial statements and supporting documentation
• Skilled in account analysis, bank reconciliations, and fixed asset schedules
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills for managing collections and inquiries
• Knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems
• Certifications such as CPA or CMA are a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate setting
• Prior exposure to month-end closing and reconciliations

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Willingness to adapt to evolving processes and contribute to process improvements
