Responsibilities
- Work with corporations, partnerships, and individuals—primarily small‑business clients—providing tax services and related work such as audits, reviews, compilations, and payroll.
- Apply judgment to solve client problems and think beyond routine tasks.
- Generalist background with experience across multiple tax returns.
- Comfortable working with small‑business clients.
- Proactive willingness to step in and take ownership of assignments.
Our firm has 40 professionals across three offices. We practice a hybrid schedule—hybrid work is flexible with occasional office days. Busy season typically runs 55–60 hours per week, but from Memorial Day to Labor Day Fridays are half‑days. The firm culture is supportive, avoiding office oversight so you can focus on learning and growth.
