Tax Senior Associate

Job Overview

This role involves preparing a broad range of entity tax returns, conducting financial statement reviews, researching solutions for tax issues, fostering teamwork, delivering exceptional client service, and developing staff.

• Preparing a broad range of Individual, S Corp, Partnership and other entity tax returns
• Preparing financial statement reviews
• Conducting research to develop solutions for our clients’ unique (basic to intermediate) tax issues
• Building relationships internally to foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration
• Providing a wow experience to every client
• Contributing to the success of our clients’ organizations
• Developing staff associates and interns as they begin their careers in public accounting
• Making a difference in the communities where you live and work

• 2-6 years of relevant tax experience in public accounting or industry
• CPA license preferred
• Accounting experience a plus
• Outstanding client service and communication skills
• Desire to develop unique business solutions in a team‑based environment
• Commitment to continuous learning and development
