The Staff Accountant will support daily accounting operations within a manufacturing environment, focusing on general ledger maintenance, inventory and cost accounting, month‑end close, and financial reporting. This role partners closely with operations and leadership to ensure accurate financial data and support overall business performance.

• Exposure to manufacturing and cost accounting fundamentals

• Assist with monthly general ledger close and preparation of journal entries
• Perform account reconciliations, including inventory, COGS, and balance sheet accounts
• Support inventory tracking and costing processes for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reporting support

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• 2+ years of accounting experience preferred
• Manufacturing and/or inventory accounting experience is a plus
