DY USA has recently experienced tremendous growth in its client base and is looking to hire a Tax Associate and Senior Tax Associate to join our entrepreneurial, team‑oriented culture.

The ideal candidates possess a results‑driven work ethic and desire to learn while working closely with DY USA team members. This self‑motivated professional assists in the preparation of tax returns, provides support in tax compliance, and performs research on various tax issues while working autonomously as well as part of a remote team.

• Prepare US Federal, State and Discloser tax returns for review with various degrees of difficulty
• Assist with day‑to‑day administration and multi‑tax jurisdiction projects
• Effectively communicate with and develop trusted and transparent relationships with colleagues across time zones.
• Contribute to multiple deadline‑driven projects simultaneously while working independently as well as within a group environment and possess a team‑focused and big picture mentality
• Results‑driven, self‑motivated work ethic

• CPA candidate with at least one year of business tax return preparation experience in public accounting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Word)
• High energy, organized, results‑driven, and self‑motivated personality
• Effective time management skills
• Work from office with potential to work a hybrid schedule after training completed
• Strong use of technology including Excel, Office, Zoom and tax preparation software. Experience with CCH Axcess is preferred but not required.

• No overtime. Work 40 hours per week throughout the year, including during busy season.
