Salary: $80,000-$95,000

The Senior Accountant will oversee day‑to‑day accounting operations while supporting financial reporting, cost accounting, inventory control, and month‑end close activities. This individual will work closely with leadership and production teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and operational visibility across the organization.

• Manage full‑cycle accounting responsibilities including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger activities
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and month‑end close processes in accordance with GAAP
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records and reporting
• Generate financial statements, cash flow reporting, and management reporting packages

• 5–10 years of accounting experience within manufacturing or industrial environments preferred
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and month‑end close
