Growing industrial manufacturer seeking an Accounting Manager to support financial operations in a complex production environment. This role partners closely with senior leadership and offers broad exposure across accounting, operations, process improvement, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
- Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analyses
- Support financial reporting, audits, and internal controls
- Oversee accounts payable and working capital processes
- Partner with operations on inventory and cost accounting activities
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and ERP enhancements
- Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong month-end close and general ledger experience
- ERP system experience required
- Advanced Excel skills
