Assurance Senior, Private

We are seeking an experienced Senior with a background in serving manufacturing clients to join our team. • Audit engagements for privately held clients
• Prepare and review the annual audit reports, acting as a direct liaison with the managers, audit staff, and other related parties
• Conduct audits and assist the client through the financial reporting process
• Train and support audit staff accountants through engagement

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Business required
• 2-5 years of progressive audit experience with a public accounting firm
• CPA license or working toward CPA designation required

• Excellent project management, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work both independently with little supervision and within a team environment
• Excellent client service skills with an aptitude to understand the clients' business and maintain strong client relationships

Estimated Base Range: $70,

Base compensation offered to candidates is determined based on factors such as candidate's relevant skillset, experience, licensure, and certifications, as well as job responsibilities, geography, market considerations, and organizational needs.
