Senior Accountant | Cleveland, OH (Hybrid)
This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys a blend of financial reporting, fund accounting, budgeting, audit support, and special projects within a collaborative and purpose-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for multiple entities and funds
- Support year-end audit activities, consolidations, and financial statement preparation
- Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate general ledger activity
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Support billing and accounting operations for affiliated entities
- Participate in process improvements, internal controls, and special projects
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
- Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
