Role Summary
The Senior Accountant supports accurate, timely financial reporting and sound controls so programs and services are backed by reliable data. - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong GAAP knowledge and reconciliation skills
- Proficiency with accounting software and Excel
- High attention to detail, discretion, and clear communication
You’ll start by reviewing the day’s priorities, then shift into focused work blocks for analysis and documentation. Expect regular check‑ins with colleagues to clarify transaction details and confirm timelines, followed by time to organize supporting schedules and keep files audit‑ready. Later in the day, you’ll respond to questions that come in from across the organization and wrap up by confirming what’s ready for the next close milestone.
Work is primarily independent, with collaboration when decisions need alignment.
This full‑time role includes Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage, plus Life Insurance. You’ll also have access to a 401(k) plan, a Flexible Spending Account (FSA), and Paid Time Off to support rest and personal needs.
