Position Overview:We are seeking a CAS Manager to lead client engagements, oversee accounting functions, and drive business development efforts. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving. The ideal candidate will take ownership of client relationships, mentor team members, and contribute to the firm’s growth.
What You’ll Do:- Manage client relationships and ensure high‑quality service delivery
- Oversee accounting operations and financial reporting
- Mentor and develop staff
- Identify and implement solutions to client needs
- Contribute to business development and firm growth
- CPA required
- 6+ years of accounting/advisory experience
