This role offers the opportunity to lead complex engagements while serving as a trusted advisor and team leader in a highly visible, mission-driven space.

• Lead multiple audit engagements from planning through delivery.
• Review work papers, oversee audit procedures, and ensure quality and timeliness.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to government and public-sector clients.
• Manage client relationships and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
• Provide guidance on complex accounting, reporting, and compliance matters.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and support practice growth.

• Coach, mentor, and develop team members.
• Set clear expectations and provide ongoing feedback.
• Manage workloads and foster a collaborative, accountable team environment.

• Work with mission-driven public sector clients impacting communities.
• Engage in technically complex and meaningful audit work.
• Support transparency, accountability, and the effective use of public resources.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 6+ years of audit experience.
• Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with government or public-sector clients preferred.
• Familiarity with GASB standards and CPA certification preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience required.
