Key Responsibilities (Payroll Specialist)
  • Process payroll including salaries, overtime, taxes, benefits, and deductions
  • Review and verify employee timecards and payroll data for accuracy
  • Ensure correct setup of new hires and processing of terminations/final pay
  • Prepare payroll reporting, analysis, and support audits
  • Serve as a resource for employee payroll questions
Qualifications (Payroll Specialist)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 1 year of payroll, accounting, or related office experience
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency required
  • ADP Workforce experience is a plus
