The OpportunityAs a Tax Manager, you'll serve as both a technical expert and strategic advisor while helping lead client engagements and develop the firm's next generation of professionals.
You'll work directly with entrepreneurs, executives, investors, family-owned businesses, and high-net-worth individuals, helping them navigate complex tax matters, identify planning opportunities, and achieve long-term financial goals.

- Lead complex tax planning and compliance engagements for individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts, and closely held businesses
- Review tax returns and related work prepared by staff and senior professionals
- Develop proactive strategies designed to minimize tax liabilities and maximize client outcomes
- Research and interpret emerging tax legislation and communicate planning opportunities
Assist clients with succession planning, wealth preservation, and long-term business strategies
- Serve as a trusted advisor to key client relationships
- Meet regularly with clients to understand evolving needs and objectives
- Deliver exceptional client service through responsiveness, expertise, and strategic guidance
- Identify opportunities to expand services and strengthen client relationships
- Mentor, train, and develop senior staff, staff accountants, and interns
- Review work and provide constructive feedback
- Assist with workflow management, quality control, and engagement profitability
- Foster a collaborative culture focused on professional growth and client success
- Participate in networking and business development activities
- Represent the firm within the business and professional community
- Develop referral relationships with attorneys, bankers, financial advisors, and other professionals
- Identify opportunities for new business and expanded client services
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required
- Active CPA license required
- 4-6+ years of public accounting tax experience
- Experience serving high-net-worth individuals and privately held businesses preferred
- Strong technical tax knowledge including individual, corporate, partnership, and fiduciary taxation
- Experience reviewing returns and managing client engagements
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong leadership, organizational, and project-management abilities
- Commitment to client service excellence and professional development
