- Be the financial gatekeeper for new client and matter setup
- High visibility across Finance, Billing, and Intake teams
- Opportunity to develop expertise in legal accounting and billing operations
- Oversee the financial onboarding and setup of new clients and matters within the firm's accounting system.
- Review intake information to ensure accuracy and completeness before financial setup.
- Establish and maintain client billing rates, fee arrangements, and matter-specific financial details.
- Experience in accounting, billing, finance operations, legal billing, or client/matter intake.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
