Corporate Controller

We are seeking a Corporate Controller to provide strategic and operational leadership for the accounting organization. This role is ideal for a finance leader who enjoys building high-performing teams, driving process improvements, and serving as a key business partner to executive leadership.

• Lead all corporate accounting and financial reporting activities.
• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial statements.
• Establish and maintain a strong internal control environment.
• Manage and develop accounting managers and team members.
• Partner with executive leadership on financial strategy and operational initiatives.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and accounting efficiencies.
• Coordinate external audits and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Monitor accounting standards and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Significant progressive accounting leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Experience leading accounting teams and developing future leaders.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and decision‑making abilities.
• Proven success managing multiple priorities in a dynamic business environment.
• Ability to partner effectively with executive leadership and key stakeholders.
