Salary Range: $18.00 To $19.50 Hourly

AP Coordinator - Part Time – 15-20 hours per week

Main Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable:

• Enter and process invoices into the software system
• Verify invoices received for quantity, unit price, extensions and discounts
• Forward invoices to Executive Director for approval
• Code invoices with appropriate chart of account number
• Prepare checks for mailing to vendor and assure copies are on file
• Create and send positive pay file to bank
• Communicate with vendors concerning errors or questions on invoices.
• Initiate ACH payments to vendors via online banking
• Reconcile vendor statements to ensure all invoices are accounted for
• Other Misc Admin duties as assigned
