Job Title: Assistant Controller
Location: Parma, OH
Schedule: Monday-Friday (Hybrid - 1 Day On-site)
Salary: $85,000-$90,000 + Annual Bonus

- Coordinate external financial reporting requirements, including SEC filings
- Provide expertise on technical accounting issues and support accounting policy initiatives
- Manage SOX compliance programs and strengthen internal controls
- Partner with leadership across departments to support financial planning and operational improvements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred
- 5 years of accounting experience preferred
