AREA TEMPS, INC. is seeking an Accountant to manage full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties. You will work Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Responsibilities include preparing monthly statements, journal entries, bank reconciliations, and rent roll reconciliations, while ensuring proper expense allocation and accurate reporting. You will assist with budgets, forecasts, audits, and internal controls across the portfolio.
