Job Title: Staff Accountant
Location: Cleveland, Ohio - (On-site) - Monday-Friday
Salary: $75,000-$85,000 + Bonus

The Staff Accountant will play a key role in supporting the organization's accounting and financial operations. This position will be responsible for general ledger activities, financial reporting, account reconciliations, month-end close, and supporting leadership with accurate financial information and analysis. The Staff Accountant will work closely with various departments, including operations and management, to support financial performance and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting fundamentals, attention to detail, and an interest in working in a collaborative manufacturing environment.

- Assist with monthly general ledger close and preparation of journal entries
- Perform account reconciliations and analyze balance sheet accounts
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements and supporting schedules
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
- Assist with audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
- Support accounting activities related to manufacturing operations, including inventory and fixed asset accounting
- Analyze financial information and provide insights to management as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred
- 4+ years of accounting experience preferred
- Manufacturing or cost accounting experience is a plus but not required
