Leo Force is seeking a Senior Property Accountant to oversee day-to-day accounting for a portfolio of commercial real estate assets in Cleveland. You will maintain financial records, analyze performance, manage cash activity, and support reporting requirements.
Responsibilities include reconciliations, cash flows, budgeting, CAM reconciliations, and assisting with tax returns and audits. 3–7 years in CRE accounting and a Bachelors degree are preferred, with strong MS Office and MRI proficiency.
