On Site – Cleveland, Ohio Salary: $60,000–$65,000 depending on experience

• Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions
• Process biweekly payroll and maintain accurate employee records
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations
• Assist with month-end close and financial reporting
• Maintain accurate accounting and financial records
• Coordinate vendors, office supplies, facilities, and other administrative needs
• Support budgeting, cash flow tracking, and general financial management
• Partner directly with ownership/leadership on day-to-day business needs
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, organization, and efficiency

• High School Diploma
• 5+ years of experience in office management, accounting, or a similar role
• Hands-on payroll processing experience required
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial processes
