Plant Controller

• Develop and maintain financial accounting systems to ensure accurate recording and reporting of plant financial data
• Monitor plant expenditures and analyze variances to drive cost‑effectiveness and operational efficiency
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard plant assets and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and identify opportunities for cost reduction or process improvement
• Prepare regular financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to provide insight into plant performance
• Collaborate with plant management to analyze financial trends and forecast future performance

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 7+ years of accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment
• Sound understanding of plant operations
• Ability to work effectively with a variety of people to achieve business objectives
• Ability to drive resolution of issues throughout the operation
