This position is responsible for all Accounting, Financial, and Human Resources functions. This is a hands-on position and we are looking for an individual with a take-charge attitude who will help our organization move forward to the next level.

• Responsible for the day-to-day Accounting functions including:
  Accounts Payable, Payroll and Expense Analysis, and supervising AR/AP.
• All Month End closing processes including bank reconciliations, G/L, Journal entries, financial statement preparation and analysis.
• Daily billings and bookings report
• Producing Monthly sales reports for sales representatives
• Work closely with President and Vice President on daily basis
• Human Resources functions including new hiring/exiting processing, benefit administration, payroll, and employee relations.
• Supervise and work with various departments
• Take on various projects to assist with operational growth.

• Accounting Degree, CPA preferred
• At least 7+ years proven Accounting experience with the ability to supervise various functions.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions for the best benefit of the company.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office systems, Outlook, Word, and Excel is a must.
• ERP Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains software, reporting, and Sales Pad.
• Ability to analyze and communicate with all types of people and organizations.
• Strong work ethic and problem-solving abilities.
• Being able to multitask and meet deadlines.
