Summary ofEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Docket Systems Specialist provides daily operational support as directed by the Firm Docket System Coordinator for the Docket & Court Services team and associated systems. The Specialist plays a key role in assisting with auditing, identifying, and correcting discrepancies in the docket system data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all docket systems.
Additional responsibilities include:
Assisting with data maintenance, analysis, clean-up and other duties as assigned in preparation for migration(s) to new docket software;
Assisting with auditing of Docket systems which include Compu Law, Quest and 1
Password;
Preparing monthly and ad hoc reports for Firm departments and practice groups.
- One (1) to two (2) years of experience in a professional setting; focus on SQL, information systems, data analytics or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience with using Microsoft Power
BI, Microsoft Power Automate or other technologies used to analyze and visualize data or create workflows, a plus. - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with ability to apply to data sets for analysis.
- Able to provide both verbal and written directions to others on the use technology and follow standard operating procedures.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, as well as related Microsoft Office software.
Jones Day offers competitive salaries and benefits to all employees. Compensation is determined upon the market in which the position is located, the responsibilities of the position, the experience and skills of the applicant, and other job-related factors. The starting salary range for this Cleveland position is $65,000 to $75,000.
