As a Part-Time Administrative Assistant, this individual will perform a broad range of administrative support activities that may include organizing paper and digital files, calendar management, internal communications, preparing reports, and some human resources functions. Responsibilities for this role may be performed individually or jointly with others in the office and field. The Administrative Assistant will support a variety of employees across the U.S. and Canada.

Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company's staff, employees, and business relationships.

This role is not hybrid/remote and will report to our Cleveland, OH Headquarters.

Core Responsibilities and Tasks
  • Review, approve, and enter time and attendance for employees
  • Assist departments with questions on time and attendance
  • Maintain department roster, group email list, and digital access
  • Create monthly calendars for departments
  • Process invoices and sponsorship payments using either P-card, Payment Request Tool, or Coupa
  • Scan all Agreements into a digital file using a Xerox multifunction machine
  • Performs office administrative duties such as greeting visitors, taking messages, screening, and routing telephone calls, and answering routine questions
  • Maintain and purchase office supplies
  • Maintain and purchase snacks and beverages for kitchens
  • Maintain and purchase merchandise
  • Miscellaneous tasks administrative task may be assigned
Formal Education

Required:

  • High school or equivalent

Preferred:

  • College degree
Knowledge & Experience

Preferred:

  • Payroll and/or human resources support
  • Administrative support
Technical/Skill Requirements

Preferred:

  • Adobe tools
  • Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 360 suite
  • Coupa
  • Kronos
  • Xerox
Travel Requirements
