McDonald Hopkins is seeking a Records Specialist to join our Cleveland office to assist with managing the maintenance of the law firm’s electronic and physical records. This includes the management of electronic records in Firm systems such as I-Manage, as well as the upkeep of paper-based tracking. The Records Specialist will help drive the Firm’s migration to a more electronic record-keeping environment.
Responsibilities- Ensures proper record handling for both electronic and physical records
- Audits Firm’s records-keeping for compliance with policy
- Facilitates the documented flow of paper throughout the Firm
- Manages the paper assets of the Firm per policy
- Opens new files in the Records Management System
- Close files in the Records Management System per policy
