Sr Business Services Coordinator
As a CBRE Business Services Sr. Coordinator, you will perform clerical duties in accordance with the procedures of multiple or large departments within the Administrative Services function. You will provide administrative support to areas of the business including operations, teams, job functions, and senior management.
What You’ll Do- Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems.
- Answer telephones, direct calls, and take messages.
- Compile, copy, sort, and file confidential records of the office, business transactions, and other activities.
- Review files, records, and other documents to obtain information and respond to requests.
- Answer complex inquiries or complaints from clients, co‑workers, and/or supervisors and effectively present information to an internal group.
- Understand and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Recognize and solve typical and atypical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval.
- Evaluate and select solutions from established options.
- Impact team through the quality of the services or information provided.
- Follow standardized procedures and practices and receive regular but moderate supervision and guidance.
- High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of job‑related experience.
- Established understanding of work routines and standards and applying skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures, and systems.
- Intermediate problem‑solving skills with the capacity to review and select solutions from available options without supervisory approval.
- Ability to explain detailed and complicated information within the team in a clear and concise manner.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills with a robust inquisitive mindset.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
The minimum salary for the Sr Business Services Coordinator position is $57,000 annually and the maximum salary is $67,000 annually. Compensation offered depends on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
